Payment Terms
Immediate Payment: Get a 5% discount on your next purchase, applied at the bottom of the receipt.
Payment Upon Delivery: Must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the product. Late payments will incur a follow-up fee of £5 per reminder and a late payment interest of 0.8% per day on the overdue amount. (Follow-ups will be conducted once per week, with a maximum of two follow-ups per month.)
Failure to Pay: If payment is delayed beyond 5 days, future deliveries will be suspended until full payment is made.

Delivery & Pickup Schedule
Orders placed by Wednesday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
For fresh products, placing an order on Tuesday ensures the best quality and completeness.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping for orders meeting the minimum purchase requirement.

Product Claims & Returns
Customers can record a video of unboxing and take photos of damaged products to submit a claim within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Claims that do not follow the stated conditions will not be accepted.
